Your Facilitators
We’ve each travelled our own winding roads through separation and renewal, and have guided others through theirs. Together, we bring more than 1,000 hours of coaching experience with C-suite leaders, diplomats, activists, parents, and partners. We are sensitive souls who believe in kindness, honesty, and compassion.
Our Programme
While we embrace mindfulness and delve into self-discovery through journaling, we go deeper. We provide a transformative framework for self-care and navigating the complex emotions of separation. But it’s not all introspection—we ignite moments of joy, explore the beauty of impromptu nature walks, and take many dips in the pool. Think of it as a thoughtful balance between deep introspection and uplifting community moments.

With years of experience guiding emotionally delicate processes, we integrate insights from trusted thought leaders and evidence-based sources. Grounded in the pioneering work of Dr. Kristin Neff, we cultivate kindness toward ourselves, especially in moments of difficulty and vulnerability.

Conscious Uncoupling
Relying on a selection of Katherine Woodward Thomas’s frameworks, we approach healing from separation with intention, responsibility, and empowerment.

Relational Intelligence
Drawing from Esther Perel’s teachings, we explore our relationship patterns and learn how to build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Mindfulness
Informed by the Search Inside Yourself retreat, we practice neuroscience-backed mindfulness and self-regulation in service of inner calm and resilience.

Emotional Intelligence
Based on Daniel Goleman’s research, we practice our emotional intelligence to enhance awareness of ourself and others.

Ontological Coaching
Rooted in the work of pioneering philosophers, we work on understanding how our worldview, emotions, and language shape our possibilities.
