  • Make payments: Your name and credit card details (via Stripe)

  • Contact us via WhatsApp: Phone number (via WhatsApp). 

  • Submit evaluation forms: Feedback and responses after participating in a retreat.

  • ​With Retreat Center’s Management: To facilitate your stay, we share necessary information such as first name, last name, dietary needs, room preferences, and flight details if airport transfers are requested.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • Sensitive Data: Sensitive data collected through the GoogleForms intake form will be deleted within four weeks after the retreat ends.

  • Other Data: Personal information collected through newsletter signups, bookings, and other services will be retained as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
